A draft of the rules for using Pharmine’s pharmacy-to-pharmacy marketplace.
Your account
Provide accurate account and pharmacy information. Only authorised pharmacy professionals may trade. Submit the required pharmacist license and commercial registry for review, and keep your account access secure.
Your listings
You are responsible for the accuracy, permitted status and condition of the items you list. Include the quantity, price, expiry and a clear description. Do not list expired, prohibited, controlled or prescription-only substances.
Offers and reservations
Review the item and terms before accepting an offer. Acceptance reserves the agreed quantity. Cancellation and completion follow the deal’s available steps and may require confirmation from both parties.
Payment and handover
The pharmacies arrange payment and handover directly. Pharmine does not hold payment in escrow or book a courier in the current product. Document review does not guarantee product quality.
Account restrictions
An account may be restricted for inaccurate information, prohibited listings or misuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Details to finalise
The operator’s legal name and address, applicable law, fees, dispute process and effective date must be confirmed before these terms are adopted.
